Can I move the Unity launcher?

I've just recently downloaded ubuntu 12.10, and just like everyone else using the Unity Launcher I would like to move it to the bottom of the screen. I know there are patches for 11.10, and I think for 12.04, but I haven't been able to find anything to solve this problem on 12.10. Is there a way, or is everyone else with 12.10 waiting for a solution as well?
